All packages are professional off the bike/remote training
programmes, involving a personal coaching and mentoring
service as opposed to one-on-one training. This service may be
available in the future but we will be providing an additional
member based video library covering techniques in 2009. Our
sports cycling programs are for riders of all ages and
experience levels.

Cycling packages in
detail
Sports cycling package
This program is ideal for those preparing for specific events, such as the 10 or 25 mile time trial championships, road and track champs, the etappe, or a century.
Before we start your cycling training, you will be asked to fill in a detailed questionnaire in order that we can identify and target your strengths and weaknesses. Once we have received your completed questionnaire, a telephone consultation will further identify how best to achieve your goals, set performance benchmarks and a personalised cycling training programme that will work for you.
After discussing your goals, available time, and energy you have to devote to cycling, we will outline your long-term plan and help you to gain a clear picture of the weekly commitment needed to accomplish your goals and how each periodised training cycle will be structured.
Based on this, we will create a structured, 3 month plan that is unique to you. Training plans will be sent to you via email and feedback will be reviewed weekly and plan changes made depending on how you respond to the training plan. You will receive unlimited e-mail access with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours and a 1h phone review each month.
The plan can be built around your life, your job and your time available to train. All you need to do is look at the plan and ride.

Professional cycling package
Our professional cycling training package is for experienced or inexperienced riders that need more contact.
As with the sports cycling package, before we start your cycling training, you will be asked to fill in a detailed questionnaire in order that we can identify and target your strengths and weaknesses. Once we have received your completed questionnaire, a telephone consultation will further identify how best to achieve your goals, set performance benchmarks and a personalised cycling training programme that will work for you.
Your personalised training program will detail ride durations, heart rate zones, wattage zones (power meter users), cadence ranges, and goals for each workout, to ensure that you have the most purpose-filled training sessions possible. You will also be given numerous proprietary technical and "secret training" elements to incorporate into your rides.
To maximize your week-to-week improvements you will receive written documentation describing the proper execution and examples of how you "should" feel and how your body "should" respond during each workout. If you encounter a day when you feel excessively fatigued or perform differently from expected, I am available via phone or email to pinpoint the cause of your unexpected overload, and adjust your workouts to keep you on track toward maximizing your progress.
